| Job Description | ISS International is an English speaking company operating in UK, US and Latvia. We are application service providers who not only do provide the technical resources and experience to deliver highly scalable world leading e-commerce web applications, but also offer our international clients full post-launch services. At the moment we are looking for a creative director who will:
*Inspire and direct the creation and delivery of competitive, original, award-winning web-based creative solutions *Provide creative direction, guidance, leadership and support to designers and project teams *Works hand in hand with website designers and developers to ensure a seamless and consistent digital experience for ISS’s different markets *Design creative integrated digital campaigns in local communities across these markets and consistently communicate breakthrough marketing for ISS brands *Design storyboards, animations, banners, email templates and rich media executions *Participate in and contributions to new and organic growth opportunities; presents concepts and campaigns to prospects and existing clients alike *Establishe benchmarks and best practices in the area of world class digital marketing; leads a practice designing for emerging technologies such as for in-room hotel entertainment and mobile platforms *Ability to multi-task; Can-do attitude; Organized; Detail-oriented |
| Qualifications | *Bachelor’s Degree in design, fine arts or communications – Master’s degree is a plus
*Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a creative director in an interactive marketing environment *A minimum of 3 years interactive work and a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to conceptualize and design for emerging technologies (i.e. online video, mobile video, rich media banners) *Preferably a strong portfolio with the following: illustration in both electronic and traditional media, Flash animation *Ability to articulate and provide rationale for creative ideas to all levels of a client/internal organization *Web design experience, including the design and development of e-commerce web sites *Strong project management skills *Strong people management and leadership skills *Strong verbal and written communication skills *Excellent time management skills We offer: *Challenging, exciting, 'world first' projects *A young multi-national English-based team in Riga, Latvia *Care and dedication from the management team and your colleagues - we're all striving to achieve the common good *Salary - to attract the very best, additional benefits |
